Facts and Questions

1. How long will it take to complete my order? 

Each order is different. Some orders we continuously have the supplies to make in stock. Other we have to order. Order completion will depend on supply availability, current order placement (how many orders that were placed before yours) and time of year. In the summer time we work less hours to allow for more time with the kiddos. We will work our hardest to get you your order ASAP. Completion and delivery will be discussed with you upon order placement. 

2. Can I pickup my order?

YES! We prefer for orders placed locally to be picked up. You can choose this option at checkout. 

3. If I order more then one custom sign will they be identical?

No, and yes. We carefully choose the wood that we make our products from. If you are looking for a specific look for the sign please say so when you place your order. We cannot control things like the grain of the wood or how each piece will look with a specific paint or stain on it. That's the beauty of good ole' mother nature, but we will sure try our best!

4. I like one of the products on the site but I would like it changed up, can you do that?

YES! We love custom orders! Most of our products colors, sizes and features can be changed. Message us before you place your order for more information!

5. Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their order. If we made a mistake on your order we will be happy to fix it.

Products do not have a warranty for the amount of time they will last. That is determined by how the product is used and taken care of. 

For Example: If you receive your order and we used pink lettering instead of purple, that was specified in the order. We will be happy to remake the order for you. 

However, If you receive your order and do not follow the washing instructions, use it to clean up the underside of your vehicle, or give it to your pet hamster, we will not replace the product.
